My name is lucy, I am the proud salon owner of the Swanley branch! 

I have been in the hair industry for 7 years currently and love every aspect of my job! I love working for such a growing company with plenty of opportunities for everyone to succeed, My best aspect of my hair role is doing a transformation to make someone feel amazing about their selves , seeing a smile on their face knowing our hairstyles gave them everything they ever wanted! I enjoy teaching and assessing my team making sure we pay attention to every little detail is key for us at Raw ! The main priority for me is having pride and passion in everything I do.
