Raw’s policy is as follows:
Any issues at A Raw Hair Salon must be received within 72 hours of your appointment.
You must explain your situation in no more than 200 words. We will endeavour to get back to you within 48 hours.
Raw will never issue refunds. If there is an issue with your results, as determined by Senior Management & the Salon Owner, the service will be rectified by a Stylist more experienced.
Please provide a copy of your receipt upon submission.
